How many kinds of PVC-U Windows and Doors are there?

There are many different types of PVC-U windows and doors available today, and while they all provide the same key benefits described in the ‘Understanding PVC-U Windows and Doors’ section, they are all slightly different in what they do, and how they work.

Pivot Windows

The Pivot window performs largely the same function as the Top Swing window, however is capable of being manufactured at significantly larger sizes. The window ‘pivots’ into the inside of the building and locks fully in the reversed position to enable cleaning from the inside.

These windows are capable of including multi point high security locking, locking or non locking handles, child restrictors, night ventilation and permanent ventilation.
