Code for Sustainable Homes

The Code for Sustainable Homes is intended as a single national standard to guide industry in the design and construction of sustainable homes.  It is closely linked to Building Regulations and minimum standards for the Code compliance have been set above the requirements for Building Regulations.  It is now mandatory for all publicly supported developments to achieve Code Level 3.
