There are now over 60 ALMO boards in operation managing over 900,000 properties, including the Round 5 successful bidders listed below.

Additionally there are over one million homes now under the management of RSL's as a direct result of LSVT and partial transfers.

Together RSLs and ALMOs now account for over 40% of the Social Housing stock in the UK, with the balance remaining in Local Authority ownership, and subject to the stock options appraisals currently ongoing.
